How about picking the rarest pics from our threads and creating a new rare photos section for each movie? 8-)

Putting in a front page announcement for Avatar's WW gross? The mainpage is a little static just now.

The movie gallery is a no-no for many reasons, but I do incorporate some of the rarest pics into the Features articles.

As for the main page - I dont know yet. Definetely not the BO updates because they change too often and applying any changes to the main page is very time consuming and takes some work

Post Re: Suggestions
OK.. Registered simply to be able to make my suggestions known to whomever reads this, as I doubt Mr. Cameron does (like most forums, the people it is intended for, the company etc concerned, do not read it)

I'd love to see Mr. Cameron direct / produce any of these books:

Harry Harrisons Deathworld series or Stainless Steel Rat series. Or Number of the Beast (including the Ford space-car). The part in the battle (Avatar) when all the animals joined in the attack instantly made both my father and myself think of Deathworld 1, the planet Pyrrus.

James Whites Hospital Station series.

Anne McCaffrey's Dragons of Pern series.

Games Workshops Warhammer 40,000 - starting from the beginning of the Empire onwards through the Horus Heresy.

Fable (the game)

After watching Avatar for the 1st of many times, I think Mr. Cameron would be the perfect person to make any of the above ideas and stories into a cinematic masterpiece.

And, as the film was a complete screw up under Mr. Travolta, I'd like to see Cameron do a proper version of Battlefield Earth, as per the book. If Travolta hadn't decided to take the book, rip it to bits and make his own version then it most likely wouldn't have sucked as much as he does. The story itself was actually good, the film deserved to bomb.

Lastly, Avatar deserved all awards received, as well as the highest grossing film ever title - it was fantastic. Amazing to think just how far we have pushed technology, considering Monsters Inc was about 10 years ago now, the development of graphics has moved on so much. I can remember the very 1st gaming systems as a very small boy - the ZX Spectrum, the Atari ST, the Commodore Amiga etc etc. All I can say is wow, the world of Avatar was truely, utterly amazing in every pixel.

Anyway, thats me done. I hope Mr. Cameron does actually read or has someone who reads this as a long standing fan of his, I eagerly await his next epic work.
